He learnt his craft in the prestigious homes of London's Savile Row and came to Singapore with the intention of establishing an authentic English tailoring house. MrChow is well known for his London drape style of tailoring. All Fashion Tailors Menswear jackets are made with a soft handle. The construction of the jacket is not stiff as to inhibit the jacket from moulding to the wearer's body. His suits have minimal shoulder padding and chest is soft enough so that it can form round the body nicely. This, Mr Chow believes, is the kind of softness one should be looking for in a suit. Mr Chow is also famous for inventing the "power look" for dynamic international executives. Even to this date, Mr Chow believes in and continues using old world methods to create the fine detailing found in bespoke custom clothing. 70% of each Fashion Tailors Menswear suit is made by hand. Every suit is individually hand-cut and meticulously sewn together with 10,000 hand stitches. The craftsmanship is of theabsolutely highest order. His fitter and sales staff are expert in matters of style and fabric, and Mr Chow himself oversees all the work.
